Refund Policy

FaithCardsCo Ministries, Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Ember plan — Together monthly, Together yearly, and Ember Forever.

Your refund window

If Ember isn't right for the two of you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll return what you paid. For subscriptions, the 30 days run from each order date, including renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at hello@faithcardsco.com and we'll arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Together page in the app, under "Manage billing". Cancelling stops future renewals; your shared features stay unlocked for both of you until the end of the period you've already paid for. Ember Forever is a one-time purchase and never renews.

Beyond 30 days

If something has gone wrong outside the 30-day window — a duplicate charge, a renewal you didn't expect, or a problem we couldn't fix — contact us anyway. We look at these case by case and Paddle can also help under its own refund policy.
